Joanne Stanbury
Founder and CEO
Joanne is no ordinary entrepreneur. Long before One Dental was born, she had a vision of owning and running her own business. Two decades later, she’s thriving in a traditionally male-dominated industry.
While Joanne started as a dental therapist in the school dental service in Melbourne, she soon realised her passion for the industry extended far beyond her clinical role. She loved sales and marketing and was willing to work anywhere from administration to accounts.
“I’d work wherever in the business. It didn’t faze me. If staff were needed in the warehouse or in marketing or wherever it was, I would just put my hand up because I saw it as an opportunity to learn.”
When she saw a gap in the market, Joanne drew on her extensive knowledge and experience, assembled an amazing team, and set out to change the dental industry.
Beginning with consultancy, Joanne helped dental companies to grow their business by teaching salespeople and customer service officers how to speak to clinicians with the right lingo and product knowledge. Later, she started seeking out international products, building international relationships, and eventually creating her own products for the market.
Today, Joanne remains a hands-on leader. From product development to assembling kits, answering the phone, and even conversing with customers on the webchat, she’s as involved as ever.
Receiving the entrepreneurial grant from the Australian Government is one of the highlights of Joanne’s career. This achievement paved the way for her to introduce an innovative computer system and an e-commerce website to propel the One Dental brand further.
Juggling the responsibilities of motherhood and business ownership herself, Joanne understands the importance of work-life balance and is dedicated to offering her staff a flexible workplace. They go above and beyond for One Dental, and she does the same for them.
When she’s not at work, Joanne is still shooting for greatness, but courtside as a volunteer manager for her daughter’s basketball team. Her all-time favourite activity is wakeboarding.
Kelli Vigerzi
General Manager
If you’ve ever contacted One Dental, chances are you’ve spoken with Kelli. She’s been an integral part of our team since our inception in 2003 and now leads the business as General Manager.
Kelli started in customer service, where her approachable nature, sound judgement and reliability made her an invaluable resource.
Previously serving as Customer Service Manager, Kelli has built lasting connections with both clients and colleagues over the years and has extensive industry knowledge.
Kelli remains a hands-on leader who believes a positive, supportive workplace leads to the best outcomes for customers. She encourages open communication, supports employee growth and makes sure everyone has the chance to contribute.
“Our customers can trust us to know the answers, make recommendations and deliver their products fast and efficiently,” she says.
Kelli is known for bringing humour and energy to the workplace while keeping daily operations running smoothly. She sees great customer service as more than just providing answers. It’s about understanding people, being proactive and building trust that lasts.

When she’s not at work, Kelli enjoys spending time with family and friends, heading off on road trips and discovering new camping spots around the countryside.
Michael Dean
Warehouse Manager
Michael manages all aspects of purchasing and logistics as our warehouse manager. He ensures that our stockholdings are complete and that all logistical details are streamlined for quick delivery and easy stock availability across Australia.
Michael goes the extra mile by listening to all our customers, understanding their needs and helping them with their requirements – no matter how big or small.

Known and loved by the One Dental team as someone always willing to jump in and assist where help is needed, Michael is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and ensuring the warehouse runs like clockwork.
On his days off, you’ll spot Michael near the water, relaxing by the beach or river.
Georgia Vigerzi
Customer Service & Events Management
As a Customer Service professional, Georgia is dedicated to delivering tailored, quality service to our clients. She leaves no stone unturned in her efforts to find solutions to their problems.
Georgia provides meaningful support to the entire One Dental team and enjoys helping our customers choose the right products for their unique needs.

Georgia is passionate about the future of dentistry, including the design and improvement of dental equipment and tools for teaching.
On Georgia’s off days, you’ll find her spending time with friends and family, studying, or watching either V8 Supercars or Formula 1 racing.
