Dental Student Practice Station Hire
When exam time is coming up, the best preparation is practice. Repetition builds confidence. That’s why we’re opening up SITE – Stanbury Institute of Training and Education, our purpose-built dental training room at One Dental in Castle Hill, to local dental students looking to sharpen their practical skills in a fully equipped simulation environment.
SITE has 32 dedicated dental simulation stations where you can spend time on the techniques you want to refine, either independently or with your study mates. Bring your burs and model or purchase or hire what you need on-site and use the time to repeat procedures, test your technique and get comfortable with the practical skills you’ll be assessed on.
Student bookings are offered on selected dates in the lead-up to exams, with limited places available. Come on your own or organise a time with classmates to work through the techniques and procedures relevant to your preparation.
This is dedicated practice time rather than teaching or assessment. SITE staff can assist with the facility, equipment and setup, but no academic or clinical demonstrator will be present. Clinical instruction, assessment and academic feedback are not included, so please arrive prepared to work independently during your booking.
