A bur may look like a bur to most, but they are not all designed the same way. How and where they are used make a difference. Dental students and clinicians work in very different settings, with different expectations and pressures, so it makes sense that the burs they rely on may not be identical.
Early clinical confidence is built through repetition, feedback and the realism of learning materials. In dentistry, simulation teeth are not a generic accessory in a student kit.

Please check customs within your country as YOU the customer are responsible for duties and taxes. One Dental is not responsibe for these charges.
Any Nordent hand instrument that is deemed to be defective in material or workman ship can be replaced. Instruments that are bent, snapped or damaged from misuse will not be replaced. Replacements must be sent to Castle Hill office, at your own expense and an invoice in your name must be provided – warranty is not transferable.
**Please note : If the exact instrument is not available to offer as a replacement, a suitable replacement will be issued.
If you deem a product to be faulty upon arrival you must return the product to One Dental for inspection (at your expense ) if it is found to be faulty it will be either repaired or replaced. Claim must be made within 7 days of receiving goods.
If a product is not in stock and you wish to purchase it, you still place your order online and make payment so that you secure order and go on to the wait list.
If no payment is made we cannot put you on the wait list.

Once a parcel leaves here you are sent tracking information, please keep an eye on parcel movements. If no one is home at time of delivery – they may leave the parcel at a post office or drop off point. They will hold there for a period of time. If returned back to One Dental as no one collects a re delivery fee will be charged.
When placing an order if you wish to send parcel attention to someone else this MUST be written in the NOTES section when ordering – otherwise the system does not pick this up. Please note- an account name cannot be changed – we can only add a different name as a contact.

How do I claim a missing item from my order?
All claims must be emailed through to sales@onedental.com.au and MUST be made within 7 days of receipt of order.
