Description

16 Endo tooth is a quintessential four canal molar. The pulp chamber has moderate calcification. The MB1 and MB2 have separate apical termini and the canals communicate twice through mid-root isthmuses, ultimately bifurcating in the last 1-2 mm’s. The DB canal has a slight “S” curve and trifurcates in the final 3 mm’s. The P canal has a buccal kick as it exits, with a lateral canal branching 1 mm from length.
