To achieve maximum benefit it is important that the mask is worn properly as describe below:

  • Place mask over the mouth and by pulling, extend it to below the chin and over the nose.  
  • Press to mould the nose piece of the mask to properly secure it around and over the nose.  
  • It should not kink or break when adjusted.  Pull and place loops over the ears.
