Description

Endo tooth 27 has only three canals, but each feature a significant challenge. The Palatal canal is relatively straight with a very large apical diameter of 4.5 mm. The Single MB canal is ribbon-shaped with moderate curvature. The DB canal is severely curved and progressively tightens.
