How can I make an order ?

Simply register online and create an account  then you are free to shop , make payment and find out freight cost .


How can I find out the cost of a product ?

Can I refund/exchange a product to One Dental ?

Yes- provided:

  • it is within 7 days of purchase  
  • you are able to provide proof of purchase
  • the product is returned in an unused condition 
  • return of product is up to you to organise 
  • if product is deemed not faulty / returned for change of mind there is a re stocking fee of 25%
  • goods have not been etched or customized in any way 
  • all special ordered in student kits are non returnable items
  • you must obtain a return request number 
  • if goods bought as a package - and only partial goods returned - full price for kept goods will be charged 


Does One Dental ship overseas?

Yes One Dental ships worldwide.

Please check customs within your country as YOU the customer are responsible for duties and taxes. One Dental is not responsibe for these charges.


How to claim my lifetime warranty for Nordent instruments ?

Nordent hand instruments have a lifetime warranty .Simply send the instrument in to One Dental at the Castle Hill NSW address with proof of purchase . All instruments must be returned to be able to claim a new replacement .


Faulty or damaged goods ?

If you deem a product to be faulty or damaged upon arrival you must return the product to One Dental for inspection (at your expense ) if it is found to be damaged or faulty it will be either repaired or replaced .


How do I secure goods if they are on backorder ?

If a product is not in stock and you wish to purchase it , you still place your order online and make payment so that you secure order and go on to the wait list . 

If no payment is made we cannot put you on the wait list .
