How can I make an order ?
Simply register online and create an account then you are free to shop , make payment and find out freight cost .

Does One Dental ship overseas?
Yes One Dental ships worldwide.
Please check customs within your country as YOU the customer are responsible for duties and taxes. One Dental is not responsibe for these charges.
Nordent Instrument Warranty.
Any Nordent hand instrument that is deemed to be defective in material or workman ship can be replaced . Instruments that are bent, snapped or damaged from misuse will not be replaced. Replacements must be sent to Castle Hill office, at your own expense and an invoice in your name must be provided - warranty is not transferable.
**Please note : If the exact instrument is not available to offer as a replacement, a suitable replacement will be issued .
Faulty or damaged goods ?
If you deem a product to be faulty upon arrival you must return the product to One Dental for inspection (at your expense ) if it is found to be faulty it will be either repaired or replaced . Claim must be made within 7 days of reciving goods .
How do I secure goods if they are on backorder ?
If a product is not in stock and you wish to purchase it , you still place your order online and make payment so that you secure order and go on to the wait list .
If no payment is made we cannot put you on the wait list .
What currency are the One Dental products sold in ?
All pricing is in AUD - Australian dollars
If I am not home and miss a delivery how do I get my parcel?
Once a parcel leaves here you are sent tracking information, please keep an eye on parcel movements. If no one is home at time of delivery - they may leave the parcel at a post office or drop off point . They will hold there for a period of time . If returned back to One Dental as no one collects a re delivery fee will be charged.
How do I change name or attention my parcel so it is sent to someone else ?
when placing an order if you wish to send parcel attention to someone else this MUST be written in the NOTES section when ordering - otherwise the sytem does not pck this up.Please note- an account name cannot be changed - we can only add a different name as a contact
How can i send a parcel attention to someone else , other than me - the account holder?
If sending a parcel and you will not be the receiver you MUST put this information in the NOTES section . If it is not written there our system will be unable to detect a change .
