From the beginning, she has been integral to our excellence in customer service and an indispensable part of our team. Now, were proud to announce her promotion to General Manager a natural transition that reflects her unwavering dedication and deep industry expertise. We know she is the perfect leader to guide One Dental forward.

Kelli began her career at One Dental in customer service, where her reliability and deep understanding of client needs quickly made her an invaluable resource. Over the years, she progressed to Customer Service Manager, before stepping into her new role as General Manager.
When asked what has best defined her time with us, Kelli proudly points to the strong relationships she has built—not only with customers but with the team. “I just love all things One Dental. Jo and Dean watched my kids grow into adults, and I’ve watched theirs grow up too. I consider Jo my friend and my boss. I know I am very lucky to have that,” she says.
Her commitment to One Dental is reflected in the time she has spent growing with the company. When Kelli first started, her children were in daycare—now, one is in their third year of university, and the other is about to complete an apprenticeship. As her family has moved through different stages of life, so has her career, advancing alongside the business and the people within it.
Kelli believes that a thriving workplace starts with a positive environment where people feel valued and supported. She prioritises open dialogue to ensure every team member has a voice and the opportunity to contribute. By fostering a culture of respect and inclusion, she aims to strengthen teamwork and morale.
She values continuous learning and views mistakes as chances to improve. Her approach keeps the team honest, adaptable and focused on solutions. “We all make mistakes. What really matters is how we fix them and learn not to repeat them,” she says.
And she’s always open to change. When new staff join the team, Kelli values their fresh perspective and is ready to listen and adapt because that’s how we continue to improve and grow as a business.
For Kelli, strong customer relationships start with a well-supported team. She understands that when staff are equipped with the right knowledge and resources, they can provide the best possible experience for clients. There is a strong emphasis on training to ensure everyone has the skills and confidence to meet customer needs with efficiency and care.
Communication is another key focus. Kelli believes that real customer service is more than simply answering questions—it’s about listening, anticipating challenges and providing solutions before they become problems. Responsiveness and attention to detail are values she lives by.
