2. Women in Dentistry Breakfast

On Saturday 14th March, the exhibition organisers at ADX20 are hosting a Women in Dentistry Breakfast with guest speaker the Hon Julie Bishop. During her more than twenty-year political career, Ms Bishop was the first female to serve as Minister for Foreign Affairs and was recently announced to be the next Chancellor of the Australian National University. 3. Australian Dental Industry Awards 2020 Dinner

The Australian Dental Industry Association is hosting its much-anticipated Awards Dinner on Saturday 14th March. The ADIA will present awards in the following categories:

  • Bite Magazine Marketing Award
  • Oral Health Partnership Award
  • Outstanding Achiever Award
  • Service and Support Award

4. Professional Development

At this years ADX20 Sydney, the Australian Dental Association NSW will be running their Centre for Professional Development Program. Across all three days of ADX, the ADA will run 45-minute sessions across a range of topics that count to one CPD hour. The sessions span topics such as working posture, infection control, social media strategy and financial considerations when starting in Practice. We recommend the Women in Leadership Panel Discussion where our CEO, Jo, will be a panellist alongside Dr Kathleen Matthews and Jenine Bradburn.
